Anyone who finds this too costly and medically questionable should either clearly communicate that they only require statutory health insurance benefits or switch to another practice. Here, you should at least have good supplemental dental insurance and/or the appropriate budget.“

(This appointment series has been scheduled for over eight months!) The doctor had to leave urgently. We managed to arrive earlier and then waited 50 minutes until it was my mother's turn. The response: "I have no control over when patients are called" – understandable, things can always come up. But then they could at least talk openly with the patients and find solutions together.“

„A fantastic dental practice. Everyone at this practice is always very friendly, explains things thoroughly, and seemingly never makes mistakes. They're truly competent. Treatment is always painless, and waiting times (with an appointment) are very rarely longer than 5 minutes. They're truly punctual. You should make an appointment months in advance, though; it's best to always make the next appointment right before you leave. If you ever have a problem, they'll always take care of it and help you get there. From teeth cleanings to checkups, from the first baby tooth to dentures, everything inspires trust. They also seem to achieve punctuality, which I find very pleasant: they never treat you directly during checkups, but (except in emergencies, but I haven't had those yet) they always schedule an appointment (which is then scheduled in a timely manner). This has completely taken away my fear of checkups, and you always know what to expect at every visit.“
